What does online coaching feel like?

Whether you’re traveling, managing a busy work schedule, or simply need a rest day, your coach adjusts your plan to fit your life. With weekly readiness checks and ongoing communication, your training evolves with you, ensuring that it always complements your lifestyle while still pushing you toward your goals.
4. Online coaching lets you focus on working hard, not thinking hard. I create the plan, adjusts it as needed, and ensures everything is in place so you can simply follow along, put in your best effort, and trust that you're moving in the right direction.
How does Online Coaching work?
1. Delivered via the app EverFit, which includes demo videos for all exercises, a chat function with the ability to upload your own videos of all exercises for form checks, questions, and you can comment on any exercises with feedback & questions.
2. Number of workouts per week is totally up to you and me, no limit to how many sessions I'll program each week, as long as we agree on what's needed to achieve your specific goals.
3. Weekly Readiness checks are included every week in EverFit: there will be a short questionnaire for you to complete asking about stress, sleep, nutrition and anything happening in your life that we need to account for in your training program (travel, out of town guests, working overtime, etc. - I'll adjust the plan based on what you have going on in your life so you can focus on working hard.
